I am working on a subzero refrig. Model# BI-36U/S/TH
The unit was warming up and found the condenser fan not running.
I had power to fan motor, so I ordered a new fan motor and went to install
It but the new one did not work. But I am getting 110v to fan.
Could it be the main control board causing the issue possibly ?
Any help would be great.
Thanks

If you have 120 volts, verified by testing with a meter on the hot and common sides. Then you have a bad connection or a bad fan motor. Are you able to place a direct connection, to the fan motor, with a suicide cord? Just like a bench test. See complete diagnostic sheet link below. You need to be logged in to see the sheet.
