Hello,
We went out to service a samsung fridge that the bottom freezer door won’t open. We thought the railing might be frosted over and unpluged the fridge in order for it to defrost, it has been two days since and it still wont open. Any suggestions?

That is strange that it will not open for you. Does it open even a little bit? Does it budge at all? Something must have gotten lodged just right inside or there is an issue with the tracks. I have seen track screws fall out or loosen up and get lodge in the track. Not much you can do other than pull as hard as you can and fix anything that breaks in the process. You can try to tilt the unit or lay in down and it might move that track just right to open. Just remember if you do lay it down you will need to let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it back in.
