Both sections were freezing. I’ve fixed this before and it was fixed by resetting the fridge. PLEASE GIVE TECHNICAL OPINION AND CONFUSING DIAGNOSTIC.

Hi. I have attached the fast track tech sheet on this unit for you. It will have your error codes listed so you can see what error codes you had on the unit. There is a service pointer for the water reservoir freezing in the fresh food section. Make sure air flow is proper and that there is not frost build up on the evaporators. Check your temperature sensors.
