Drains, fills,door locks, but timer keeps resetting ( adding more time to the cycles) when there is like around 9 mins left in cycle. Clothes are still wet. But it spins. Can’t get it to diagnostic mode to read any error

Hello
Try unplugging it for a minimum of 20 minutes, then plug it back in again and see if rebooting the control lets it go back to normal operation. If it happens again in the future, you will most likely need a new main control. See complete service manual link below.

Were you able to get into the diagnostic mode and run tests and check error codes?

Check for loose wires at the stator and for excess suds in the unit. Off balance loads will cause this too. Makes sure the pressure hose has no holes, is clear and not kinked.
