I did not see the washer yet, but the customer tells me that the spin cycle starts at 13 minutes. At 11 minutes it will start to fill with water. She has to shut the water in order for it to drain and spin properly. This problem happens about 50% of the time. Any help would be great, thanks.

Hello
I would start by going to page #30 to see if there are any stored error codes. Then go through the troubleshooting diagnostics in the service manual. Matt Ace technician

Hi Matt. I looked at the washer and removed the pressure switch. It has three prongs. I could only get continuity across two, then when actuated there was no change. I test across the others and got nothing , even when actuated. I had the customer order a p switch. When I go back to put it in, I would like to run a diagnostic and calibration , but I could not find info on that. Any help would be great, thanks, Todd.
  • I did not see a way to calibrate this unit in the service manual. You can run a test mode. This is found on page 28. It sounds like you may be getting an off balance load.Or a faulty part causing off balanced loads. Check your suspension rods. These units will stop the spin and fill with more water, agitate and drain again before attempting to spin again if it senses the load if off balance.
