The dispenser pump motor runs but it’s not measuring and adding the soap.
The blue soap dispenser is in it’s proper place. How do I check if the dispenser pump is pumping?
I’m referring to the w10842325 dispenser and pump assembly.
Could the hoses be clogged?
Please explain In as much detail as you can.
I notice when i run the diagnostics that though that small pump motor runs it doesn’t turn on the water valve. I suppose that the water it pumps into the dispenser comes through the mixing valve.
I have run the diagnostics and hear the pump motor. The other motor that shifts the dispenser lever has been charged and works ok.

Hello
Here is all of the information we have on this product. I also have a senior technician that will be adding more to this post soon.

You could definitely have a clogg so you will need to check for that. First thing I would do is run the diagnostics on Page 6. It will run the pump and you can see if you are getting soap. If not maybe you are clogged up. If not, then you could run through the troubleshooting steps on page 20. More than likely a bad pump assembly If you are hearing it run and not clogged up.

Does the senior technician have something to add? Any experience he has had with these will help speed up the process.
