Hello Guys, my question is regarding a Samsung direct drive inverter washing machine top load. with a load of clothes spin speed is slow clothes remain wet. washer does not give any codes. the machine seems to spin okay unloaded. drain pump works fine no obstructions, my thoughts were that it might be the clutch assy. also thought it might be a drive motor. needed a more experienced techs. opinion. would appreciate your guidance. Thank you for your help.

Hi. I have also attached a service manual for a similar unit. It is strange that it will not give any error codes. Have you tried to run the diagnostic cycle to recover any stored errors? If not, you will want to run the diagnostics to see if there are any stored errors to go off of. One thing I have ran into on the top load Samsung washers are faulty shocks. This can cause the exact symptoms you are getting. Check your shocks. I have seen them wear out with in the first year or so of owning the washer.
