I posted a question about a week ago and I checked the refrigerator drain and pan and they are clear and the water tank also. The water is coming from the refrigerator room at the bottom on the left side where there is a vent and damper control. Where does the air supply come from for that vent? I am not talking about the vent in the back. near the water tank where the fixer box and fan is in the rear. The water under the drawer comes from that front vent. The customer says it is often iced up.
I removed the upper cover and accessed the refrigerator evaporator and drain and checked if they were plugged. They were OK. I accessed the water tank and checked for holes and leaks in it and in the line. That is when i discovered the front vent was iced in side the vent.

The return damper may be iced up due to a door being left ajar. Understanding how inconvenient it may be, the next step would be to empty and unplug the refrigerator and leave both doors open for 24 hours to allow to thaw and dry in between the compartment channel. Then you will have to monitor closely to see if issue reoccurs. This was built in Korea by Samsung for the Kenmore line and i cannot fin any additional information on this particular model at this time.Be sure both doors are closing and sealing properly as the ambient air temperature difference would be a likely cause. Good luck.
