food side not cold, the evaporator coil is completely frost and ice, vent is not block. evaporator fan blowing, temperature sensor, heating element and by metal thermostat all have continuity. what are the step by step on how to diagnose to pin point the correct faulty part. please help

defrost the frost and ice from freezer side. evaporator fan is blowing, temperature sensor, heating element and by metal thermostat have continuity. clean out the condenser coil. what else could it be?

Hello
If you have a frost build up on the evaporator and you have verifyied the defrost heater and defrost thermastat are closed with full continuity . The only other possibility is the Board Asm Main Control (Replaces: WR55X10603) WR55X10942P. Matt Ace technician
