The ambient temperature is 98. The refrigerator temperature is 53 and the freezer temperature is 40. When I arrived the unit was off. When I ran the diagnostic tests every thing would worked. The ambient temperature sensor showed 98. The freezer sensor showed 44 and the freshfood sensor showed 55. Is this the main board or something else? I also need the correct technical sheet and any video’s.

See the Service manual links and schematic wiring diagram. You said the unit was off when you got there . Was it shut off or was it not cooling ? Was the compressor, and fan motors running ? If so look at the evaporator frost pattern to start. This will make sue its not a sealed system failure. Matt Ace technician

The refrigerator was set at 0 and 37 and the temperatures were 53and 40 yet the refrigerator was not running as though it thought it was satisfied or in defrost.

Could have been in defrost. Like Matt said, make sure all fans and the compressor are running. Make sure your getting air flow. At that point check your frost pattern. Reset the unit. Ambient temp at 93 degrees is way too warm. It will not be able to cool properly.
