WHEN TURNS IS ON IT STARTS THE WASH CYCLE THEN IT STOPS. SHOWING AN ERROR (HEATING). SPIN CYCLE DOESN’T DRAIN BUT SHE SETS IT TO DRAIN AND IT WILL DRAIN.
Element and temp sensor both had a build up of calcium on them
removed filter cover and cleaned out the element and temp sensor. Tested and Dishwasher did not error out.
Customer called back again and claimed that shes having the same error. PCB board was changed and still having the same error code.
