How do you test the lid lock that it isn’t working?

What have you tried so far?
Unpluged the unit and plug back in. Dial whites, close lid and hit start. The sensing light will stay on steday and the lid light will start flashing. Is this the lid lock or can it be something total different.

Look on page #6 to diagnose the lid lock . Run through the diagnostics on page #6 and all information is there. Matt Ace technician
