Hi,
Our Samsung induction element is not working. It just clicks now when we use our induction cookware. Do you know if there is a fuse to check?
Unplugging unit and reset breaker.

It is very likely that the inverter is faulty.I have attached a link for the part number you listed. I did not see a fuse on this part to replace. I was trying to look up your model again but the website to look it up on is currently not working.

Hi. It does not look like there is a fuse. I have attached the service manual for you. Are you getting any error codes? Take a look in the service manual at the error codes to see if you unit is giving any. Take a look at page 6. It has trouble shooting for a burner not working. It will explain and show how to test the unit to find out what is not working. Is that burner still working some of the time. I did a little research and found a lot of these unit have pan detection issues. They are very sensitive on the type of pan being used.

I took the back panel off and found a replaceable fuse. It is a 250v 20amp fuse and I think it might be the culprit. I’m going to see if I can find a replacement and I’ll let you know.

Absolutely that could be the issue. Please let us know

Hi Brian, I replaced the fuse and it unfortunately it didn’t help. I’m going to replace the Inverter Assy Module next. In the service manual it says to replace the Inverter Assy Module or Assy touch PCB . I don’t think it can be the touch PCB because the digital touch screen and buttons all work fine and the element does work for the kettle. The Assy Inverter Module part number is DG96-00171A. I’m going to call the Samsung parts line tomorrow and see how much they cost.
