wont complete cycle, says too many suds
replaced pressure switch

I have attached the tech sheet below. I do not see an error code for over sudsing on this unit. What error code are you getting or what dose is say on the display? Are there too many soap suds in the unit? Are we using HE soap? Take a look at the tech sheet. Run the diagnostics on the unit. See what error codes are stored in the system and let me know. Is the unit draining water properly? Check your pressure hose for any holes or clogs. Where does it stop at in the cycle?

per tec what is strange is if don’t ad soap will operate properly.but if you ad soap b4 start cycle won’t operate. using proper soap, dosn’t see any suds, never starts unless you don’t use soap.

That is odd. To eliminate any possibility of a suds issue you can add a tablespoon of salt into the drum and run it through a cycle. If Suds is not the issue with having already replaced the pressure switch you may have an issue with the control board or the pressure hose. Make sure the pressure hose is not clogged and does not have any holes. Also make sure that the unit is draining properly and there is not a siphon issue. The drain hose should be elevated about 3 foot and the end of the drain hose should not be sitting in any water.
