I cannot figure how to access the glass top. Do you have a video that shows how to access control panel and under the glass for the elements?

Hello
We do not have any videos for this model, but I believe if you open the oven door there should be a few screws under the control panel that have to be removed. You may have to slide the unit out to reveal the screws on the sides of the glass from and the back side. Once the screws have been removed you should be able to removed the glass cook-top frame.
