The freezer side seems fine. I cannot hear the evaporator fan run. leaning towards the fan in the cooler side??? Will go to it tomorrow. Help if you can!! Thanks!!
I ordered a fan motor for the cooler side.

Here is a video link for a similar model Samsung refrigerator https://www.appliancevideo.com/appliances/samsung-rf263teaesr-refrigerator/ . I have also provided below the diagnostic fast track tech. sheet for your model. We have the largest video network on the web currently and add between 60-70 new videos monthly. Even with over 5600 videos on our site we do not have all models , we are working to add more Samsung models. I hope this helps Matt Ace technician

That could be a setting on your end that needs to be changed. I will pass your question on to our custumer service department at https://www.appliancevideo.com/contact-us/ . Hopefully they can help you get your settings changed.

I just left this unit. Unplugged it for about 15 minutes. Plugged it in and ran diagnostic on it.. It’s a messed up box. I know the evaporator fan in the cooler is not coming on. I did notice it was iced up, will have to get a hair dryer to it. It is throwing at least 4 different codes including comm w/PCB board. One is board failure, but the freezer is working fine. The other is Ambient temp sender error. Well that one went out. The other is Cooler evap fan is not spinning at correct RPM or it is open. I have a new Cooler evaporator fan motor that just came in, Installing it tomorrow.. What do you think. Lots happening for a novice!! I think it’s about 8 years old?? I’m hopping when I change out the evap fan motor it will straighten it’s act up!!

Yes. I hope that installing the fan motor will take care of the issue for you. I believe the doors do have to be closed for the fan to run on this unit, so do not get fooled if the fan is not running when you install it. Run the diagnostics to test the fan once its installed. IF the new fan does not work then you have a bad board.
