My mother has a sub zero side-by-side refrigerator, Model 532. It is constantly running and she is noticing that food is freezing on the refrigerator side even when on the lowest setting. Any suggestions?

Hi. If the temps in the refrigerator have been normal other than things freezing the most likely thing causing your issue would be a faulty thermostat. Thermostats will “stick” when they fail which causes the to not turn off when they are suppose to or not turn on. Please call (800) 816-0715 for parts.
