First there is no diagnostic tech sheet in the unit. The damper is open and the freezer section is below zero. The refrigerator is 66. I could not test the unit with out the tech sheet. I suspect the freezer section is frosted.

Hello
This certainly sounds like a defrost issue. If the damper is open you have a restriction across the evaporator. See diagnostic links below. Matt Ace technician
