HI, I did a little research and I think I have found the issue. Your serial number starts with 12. So we need to add 12 to the end of our model number. This changes the part number for the control board. The H.V board we need is P# WPW10310240. The manufacturer did a bad job of looking this model up. Usually the 12 would already be at the end of the model and we would not run into this issue. You will need to get the correct board and your code will be able to be programed.

I found one other option that may work for you. I did find a code that you should be able to program into the current board you have, but it appears your ice maker will not work. SO if you don’t use your ice maker or don’t mind not having ice this would be an option for you. The code is 0302

Hi. I have found a video that shows how to program the control board. This should solve your issues. I have attached the video.

That is the video I used. Instead of the PE 1411 flashing when the button was held, there was a beep and the numbers did not flash

Hello
See the technician diagnostic sheet to run the unit throgh the diagnostic mode. We also have the service manual link with the main control board replacement procedure starting on page #35. I am assuming the master controler is the main control board. I dont have a part listed for master control. Matt Ace technician

I have pics of the label inside the frig with the code. The sticker on the back does not have a code. Not sure how to upload then to you in case I am missing something
  • You need to find the model number tag that is where the code is listed. It will NOT be on the back of the refrigerator . Look inside the refrigerator on the upper shelves for a sticker on the right or left side. Then look at this link for other locations. https://www.fridgefilters.com/model-number-help.html
