Hello,
I have a fridge that has water accumulating in the bottom and is beginning to not cool. Is the water just condensation? Is this something I could fix myself? I’d love some help with this.

Janina, this tends to happen when your drain line is frozen or clogged. Sometimes you can clear the ice or defrost it and it works fine again indefinitely, other times a different drain configuration or trough needs to be swapped out for better air flow. I’ll attach a video below for you to take a look at. Hopefully this fixes your issue. You’ll need to keep the unit closed up after and see if it reaches an appropriate temperature. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you!
