REFRIGERATOR IS A FRENCH DOOR WITH DRAWER FOR FREEZER. THE Refrigerator IS NOT cooling. Replace main board but both fans in freezer are not running but fans spin on shaft

Have you run the unit through diagnostics ? Are you getting any error code displays? See complete diagnostics on page #26 through #29 in the service manual link below.
