hi we check a sxs samsung refrigerator costumer complaint the seccion of vegytable is frozen all the food milk and egg costumer says somentime work normaly and somentime frozzen againg and says sometime make loud noise on back of refrigerator
i take look a week ago and refrigerator looks normaly i run a disagnostic and evryting was clear now costumer call againg i comen to check and correct refrigerator size is to cold any sugestion o way to star we going star whit the dumper but i worry about the noise on compressor i not hear anything but costumer says somemtime make the noise

look at the service bulletin link below. If you have a door seal gap it will let humidity in the FF section and cause the unit to run constantly and freeze food in the crispers. If that is not your issue, go to the troubleshooting guide link.

i check the service bulletin door seal looks ok the freezer area looks ok the problem still in the refrigerator area frozen all food u tink the compresor maybe defecttive and cause the keeping work for more time and frozen all the food on refrigerator area i hear this model has 10 year warranty on compressor

Sounds like you have a clogged drain. You will need to install the updated drain tube kit. DA82-01415A. Very common. Ice builds up around fan blades. Food freezes at bottom and warm at top. You will have ice or water under crisper drawer. Shut unit off with doors open to thaw first.
