Does control board operate every on the refrigerator?

Hello, yes the main power goes to the main board in the back. in most cases you can just replace it. There is a fuse on the board that you can see and test. I would ohm out the compressor first to make sure it did not short out. I could not find the tech sheet for this particular model but that is a common control board that gets replaced.
