Cust. has to keep reseting board by unplugging unit then plugging back in
Unit is running ok except, for board flashing FF. I reset board about a week ago. Sounds like a broad problem.I would appreciate your input.

This is the information pertaining to your issue as directly addressed on the official web site. The problem may be that the error code needs cleared properly on panel and not by unplugging only. *GE Refrigerator Fault Code = FF
Refrigerator/Freezer Condition = Check frozen foods for thawing
Repair or Check = Freezer temperature has been above normal for more than 2 hours. Make sure that the refrigerator and freezer doors are closed. Replace the door gaskets if needed. Press the System Check button to clear the error code and check for other system failures. If the PF code appears, then the FF code, this was likely caused by a power failure. Keep the refrigerator and freezer doors closed as much as possible to allow the interior temperatures to come back to normal.
