I watched this video and was able to disassemble the dishwasher, clean the parts, and reassemble most of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtRWr78dbJc
However, when I try to reattach the bottom spray arm, the part that should screw in tightly to secure to bottom arm will not fit in securely. So the bottom spray arm just sits on the tube and wiggles. I can get the part to secure tightly to spray arm by tightening it counter clockwise but not to the tube.
Thank you.

I have attached the parts breakdown. It shows how it comes together. #1 on the diagram( spray arm ) screws onto # 4 ( hub) and I have found it helpful to use a pair of needle nose pliers to hold and pull up on the hub while you rotate the spray arm ( #1 ) on the threads of the hub (#4) . If you still cant manage then the threads may be damaged and the hub may need replaced . That is all the information we have available and should be straight forward.

Yup – the parts breakdown was the key. I had reassembled the hub in the incorrect order. Once I followed the breakdown, everything came together as it should. Thanks!

If you look at the parts breakdown you will see that # 4 (the hub) fits underneath the tube (#2) . I think maybe you are setting the hub on top of the tube and not placing it under the inside of the opening to secure in place.
