Our customer has a kitchenaid gas range which shuts down completely after 45 minutes usage of both oven and surface at the same time. Customer states that in will reset itself anywhere between a couple of hours to a couple of days.

Hello
Are you getting any error codes. Have you run the unit through diagnostics for stored error codes ? See page #4 in service manual link below. There is only one service bulletin on this unit see below, its not related to your issue. Matt Ace technician
