This double of with convection heating, takes 30 to 35 minutes and doesn’t get very hot.

What have you tried so far?
This double oven so far has power 230ac power coming in. It has a digital display. I not sure of what could cause this problem. The element ohm out o.k. what do you think?

Hi. First I would get into the diagnostic mode and check for any error codes as well as run through the test mode and see if you get the elements to heat. Is broil working on this unit? If your bake and broil elements are not coming on I would suspect wiring, thermal fuses, or control board. Did this unit stop working after a self clean?

Is there any diagnostics for this double oven. This is a jenn air model. I tested incoming power from the breaker box which is on 50 amp breakers to the unit. All is ok. Check wires to the unit all tight nothing loose.The computer board all cable and Hannes session are ok. Tested the elements top and bottom with a meter ok. I even tested sensor probes tested ok at room temperature and not shorted. Very slow to rise preset temperature. The convection fans are running they ok to.Takes 30 minutes just to get preset. Upper and lower work the same way. I like totally puzzled on this one. Is there anything else I can do? This is a major complaint. I’ve seen other jenn air ovens and can hit preset temperature within 15 min.
