Double oven will not work and keep getting F97. What is the likely problem? Lower cooling fan will not run. Found service bulletin that says to check connector. It’s a double oven so it will be very involved to take it down and really check it but as far as I can tell by peeking on it it looks ok. It says to replace cooling fan and sensor board if it’s ok. Is the cooling fan and sensor board more than likely bad based on you guy’s experience?
Thank you.
Look for service manual. Found service bulletin RA06-15. Look at oven and cooling fan will not run and F97 comes on after a few seconds.

Hello
Yes you are correct. The F97 is a lower cooling fan issue, not running at all or running at slow speed. The DC supply voltage to the cooling fan boards can be checked on ERC at( CN300 Pin 1 White ) to (Pin 7 Black) The voltage should be +5 DC voltage. You can go to page #59 in the manual link below for more specific diagnostics. Matt Ace technician
