GOOD MORNING. I CHECKED THE SIX SPRINGS AND ALL ARE INTACT. THE WASHER WILL STILL MOVE AROUND ALOT AND BANG AGAINST THE WALL. ARE THERE SPRINGS ON TOP AS WELL? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

Hi. It sounds like you may have a snubber that is worn out. Take a look at the videos in the link I have attached. Check to see if the snubber is no longer in place or is worn out. You will get a lot of white plastic shavings on the floor or in the cabinet of the unit when the snubber wears down. Some white shavings are normal but should not be excessive.

THANK YOU BRIAN, I REVIEWED THE VIDEOS. IS IT POSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SNUBBER FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE WASHER WITHOUT REMOVING THE TUB AND MOTOR? IT LOOKS AS THOUGH THERE MIGHT BE ROOM. THANKS, TODD FROM NY.

Yes. There is room to replace the snubber from the bottom. It is tight, but we have done it from the bottom before.
