Not sure if the dispenser is broken or if it needs cleaned out but I’m not very knowledgeable about appliances. Any help would be great.

Brandon, it’s possible the dispenser mechanism itself is broken, but more likely that it needs to be cleaned out. I’ll attach a video for you to take a look at, and it will help you access it. If it does end up needing replaced, I’ll add a part link below as well. Good luck on this!
