This unit is not spinning, only runs for about 10 minutes, and then an IE error pops up and it quits. What’s the deal?

That IE error is a Water Inlet Error, and usually means there’s an issue with the inlet valve itself, or the hoses need to be replaced. We find that a lot of customers have the “flood safe” hoses which end up causing a lot of problems. We always recommend replacing them with stainless steel braided ones that will fix the issue for them. Hope this helps!
