My name is Roland,
Question: I am working on a Kitchen Aid dual fuel gas range MD# KDRU7893VSS03 SN:DB1375935. The issue with this unit is there’s an error code which says NTC out of Range. I have tested all fuses in the back of this unit, I have changed the sensor -W1076760, the boiler assy -9758598, the appliance manager-w10339702. Still when power up, it goes into lock out with NTC out of range, call for service.
Can anyone help with this issue please. I await your response.

Diagnostics
Unplug range or disconnect power before performing the following checks:
■ A potential cause of a control not functioning is corrosion on
connections. Observe connections and check for continuity with an
ohmmeter.
■ All tests/checks should be made with a VOM or DVM having a
sensitivity of 20,000Ω per volt DC or greater.
■ Check all connections before replacing components, looking for
broken or loose wires, failed terminals, or wires not pressed into
connectors far enough. Damaged harness must be entirely replaced.
Do not rework a harness.
■ Resistance checks must be made with power cord unplugged from
outlet, and with wiring harness or connectors disconnected.

Hello, have you by chance tested and/or replaced the temp sensors in each oven cavity? The part numbers I see listed are not the same as what I see when looking up the model number. The sensor part number I see is W10131825. It is the same part number for each cavity. Please test to see what the ohms reading is at room temperature. Should be right around 1100 give or take a few.
