The condenser fan is not working I’ve checked the for resistance I have zero resistance on it I have checked the start really as well I changed it to what I thought was a good one I heard a lot of shaking in it and the compressor is not turning on as well will the fan not work unless the compressor works or will the compressor not work unless the fan is working

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for your unit. Sounds like you are not getting power to the compressor or condenser fan motor. Check for proper power. In the tech sheet you can run the diagnostic tests and turn the compressor and condenser fan motor on. Sounds like you could have a bad jazz board which is the board in the refrigerator that has the buttons on display on it or a bad H.V board which is located in the compressor compartment.

hi i have changed the relay and the run compositor and the motor fan and it still will not start up

I’ve tried to do the electronical tests on the keypad however it’s only giving you the option to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit or for the Sabbath mode it is not doing the proper testing that I would like what may the issue be

I verified that I have attach the correct text. Follow the steps under service mode to enter into the diagnostic mode to be able to test different components. If you are sure you’re following the right steps and it will not enter into diagnostic mode you could possibly have a faulty board.

It looks like the Jazz board which is the board with the display inside the refrigerator, sends power to the compressor, so this is more than likely your faulty control board
