Dishwasher does not start after selection.
Drain cancel always comes on and drains even after entering diagnostic mode.

What have you tried so far?
New keypad.
Entered diagnostic mode and did not reset board.
Possible latch problem or float switch I assume.

Hello
Go to page #6 in the technician diagnostics sheet below. The symptoms you are have sounds like a possible touch pad issue. I would make sure one of the touch pad buttons are not depressed and disounnect the ribbon to be sure it is getting a good connection. Matt Ace technician
