This washer isn’t spinning and it seems like the clutch is the problem. It looks like from the diagram that it’s an entire housing assembly, is that right?

Yes, the clutch assembly is called the “housing assembly, clutch” and makes it a bit more difficult when doing parts lookups. It’s 3661EA1009E and we unfortunately don’t have a purchase link for it. Hope this helped!
