If the in the icemaker test 25 if it goes through the whole cycle, but does not show the #01 does this mean the icemaker is bad?

The water dispenser works ok and shows the 01 display.

Yes, the most likely cause would be a faulty ice maker. These are common to fail where they will cause no water to fill. Also, if you did not get the 01 in test 25 I think the ice maker is going to be the problem.
