Ice cube trays seem to have a little bit of frozen water in them, when I disconnected the water filter and reconnected it it made a gushing noise like the valve is good in the water is making its way to the filter. There is only a icemaker no water dispenser but there are two little valves on one bracket Both tested good for 1100 ohms of resistance. I have no idea how to diagnose this ice machine it’s like 180 from Bosch so I don’t want to miss diagnosed this issue since the display had a ICE button on it but when I clicked it and held the door switch nothing happened. The ice machine part was 00744441
The customer replaced the filter and reset the fridge still no ice

Hi. I have found a service manual on a similar unit. Hopefully this has the information you need. You will need to manually cycle the ice maker to see if it will run through a cycle and fill with water for you. Make sure your fill tube is not frozen. You could have a water flow issue even though the inlet valves test good or a faulty ice maker.

When refrigerators have an ice button does this mean that it could possibly be the control board or does that just increase the fan blowing on the icemaker to speed up the ice making process?

It could mean either. It depends on the unit. You could have a control board that controls this circuit, or it could be a mechanical switch. The wiring diagram would be the best thing to take a look at to figure this out. Please double check that model number. Its coming back invalid at all of my model look ups.
