Their was no ice in the bucket when the customer removed it and could not put it back in. I reinstalled it. It is now frosted up. This ice market is #da97-12317a. How do i test it.

Do I need to remove and remove the ice? How do I remove it and manually test it?

See videos for the (RF23) series Ice maker below. There is a test button to force harvest this ice maker in the side of the ice maker. You will need to push and hold it in for 3-5 seconds to harvest the ice maker. Matt Ace technician
