WHEN THE TEMPERATURE IS SET, IT VERY SLOW REACHING THE SET TEMPERATURE. AFTER REACHING THE SET TEMPERATURE, IT DROPS DOWN TO A LOW TEMPERATURE. SOMETIMES, ALL THE POWER SHUT DOWN, AT THE MIDDLE OF COOKING. THIS IS A DOUBLE OVEN. ALL THE POWER GET SHUT DOWN AT THE SAME TIME. IN BOTH THE UPPER AND LOWER OVEN.
I HAVE CHECK THE BAKE AND BROIL ELEMENT, ON BOTH OVEN. THE CONVENTIONAL FAN WORKS. MY NEXT PLAN WAS TO REPLACE THE FOLLOWING PARTS: THE CLOCK AND TIMER/OVEN CONTROL BOARD. TEMPERATURE CONTROL THERMOSTAT. THE RELAY. THE RELAY TRANSFORMER. AND THE PROBE.

Hello
When you are loosing the display during the cooking cycle and the power shuts down is it tripping a breaker ? Or does the display come back on itself. If it comes on by itself , I would replaced the display board. I would also try to catch it when the display goes out to check power to the display board to be sure. See manual links below.
