I replaced the control board on this oven a few days ago. Customer called back and says the oven is remaining on and maintaining 170 degrees. History of repair is this. Same symptoms of the oven heating on it’s own prior to me installing a control board from Corecentric. The touch panel before repair had an odd display or chaotic lights and the panel was unresponsive. I sent the touch panel and control to fixyourboard for a rebuild and they said the control board part was non-repairable. Corecentric had a rebuilt in stock. The oven and Microwave seem to work fine and all buttons on the touch panel were responsive and display was normal after install. I’m going to go back and see if I can trace where the heating element is getting power from but any ideas from techs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance . If the control board is rebuilt the only other possibility is the touch panel display. I have provided a service technician link below. Run it through the diagnostics to verify.
