He says the unit is tumbling but not heating up. What I need more than anything is the tech sheet for this one

Hello
See see the service schematic. I would start by making sure your vent is clean and you have proper air flow. If you have a restricted vent the cycle thermostat and high limit thermostat will open and prevent the timer from advancing. Then check the heating circuit and timer. Matt Ace technician
