First complain – it is making a loud noise and now not working(Not cold enough)
First time tech was out he defrost a fair bit of frost and ice from top of Evap assy. Tech replaced the fan motor cover assy. One month later tech got a recall for the fridge warming up. Top of Evap was frosted over and fan was stalled out. Tech replaced Evap assy again. Fan motor is working after defrost. Board is sending power to Evap fan motor when door is closed. Customer is not complaining about load fan noise. Most every customer complains about noise from fan , which indicates a fan motor failure

This model is common for drain issues causing the fan to make noise. They have update the drain kit if that is your issue its the Samsung A/S Assembly-Water Leakage kit # DA82-01415A . If the drain is not your issue see the service manual link below for diagnostics mode. Matt Ace technician
