Hi. Is this a newer dishwasher that the customer has never felt like it has dried properly? If so there may be nothing wrong with it. Newer dishwashers do not dry like the old ones did. This is part of appliances being energy efficient today. Make sure the unit is getting proper water temperature of 120 degrees and that the customer is using rinse aid. If all is good there, you’re going to want to check the heat circuit. you could have a bad heater, fuse, or control board.

Hello They just released a service bulletin on dryer Vent Changes to improve drying performance of this dishwasher. This is for all 712KWxx00001 on dishwasher models . Part numbers needed are # ABT35083801 Casing Assembly / TRIUMPH PROJECT 110V/60HZ and # 4937DD1001C Door Liner Assembly / Triumph_Pjt NATURAL . I am sure this will correct the issue you are having.
