Refrigerator quit cooling properly. Settings are at 38f in the fresh food section and 0f in the freezer. Actual temps are 60f and 28f in the freezer. No codes. No ice build up on the back walls. And the evaporator fan in the fresh food section is not running.
Pulled the back panel out of the fridge and found the evaporator fan is not running.

Hi. Even with the fan not running it should be cooler than 60 in the refrigerator since it has its own evaporator. especially near the bottom, back wall. I would check the frost pattern of the freezer evaporator. This will show you if you have a refrigerant leak. These units are know to develop a refrigerant leak. You could also have a faulty compressor. I have attached the service manual so you can run test modes and check for any error codes.
