The compressor is not running. The condenser fan is not running. The dispenser user interface is completely blank and unresponsive. The interior lights are working fine. No evaporator fan running either. I checked power at the outlet and it is fine. Checked the main board and don’t see any signs of anything wrong. Checked the user interface board and it looks fine too. The start relay and run capacitor test fine as well. Not sure where to check from here.

Hi. It sounds like you have a faulty main control board. P# WR55X10942P. If you have proper power to the main control board and your unit is set to have the cooling on then I would replace the main control since nothing is running. You can try to reset it first by unplugging it for 5 mins. Plug it back in and see if anything happens. I have attached a service manual for a similar unit.
