the compressor is running wehn I opened the back panel to see the condenser there was no nice in the condenser however it was cool to the tuch.

Hello
See service guide below. If you have no frost pattern on the evaporator and your compressor is running you have one of three possibilities. 1) A leak in the system . 2) A defective valve in the compressor not pumping. 3) A restriction in the filter dryer or capillary tube.
