Customer had all burners on at one time then everything shut down And now it will not heat oven works fine user interface for the controls for the cooktop function but no heating And I do not have a service manual or a wiring diagram For this unit had to use norge because it would not let me select GE or General Electric the site would not allow it and it would not find it I know that it is in there because it has let me select that before it would not do it this time but it is a GE range
Check voltage coming into Range at terminal block all checks OK that’s as far as I could get without a service manual setting has three control boards on the back of it not including the UI

Hi. I have attached a service manual and a tech sheet on similar units. Hopefully they are close enough to your unit to be helpful. There are a few different thermal fuses. some may be re settable. This would be my first guess as to whats wrong. Seems like the unit overheated with all the burners on. But one I was looking at in the manual would cut off power to the oven and broil elements as well.
