Customer calls and states her f/l LG washer is dead, no lites no nada. I would like to know what to check for. I know of course make sure there is power to the unit and then take it from there. pls give me some input on this unit, thanks a million
Hve not been there yet but have read some where to disconect it from wall and then reconnect it maybe it will do something?

Thanks i did I checked power to and from filter Ok then i took U/I off and sure enough the plastic on power was broken so i will be ordering a new cosmetic panel for the U/I. thanks

Hi. Yes. Unplug it for 10 mins to discharge and reset it. IF still nothing, check for proper voltage going into your control board. Inspect wiring and connections. Trace the power cord into the unit and into the board. Should be easy to do and then check for proper power there. Check the board for burnt marks. Some boards have fuses on them. The fuse could be bad. The fuses on these boards are usually not replaceable. If power in and no power coming out of the board the board is bad.
