No power to unit will not start

Hello
Make sure the unit did not accidentally get in the Advertising/Sales Mode.See link below to get out of this mode. If not in sales mode go to the steps below.

1) Plug cord into live electrical outlet. Check for
proper voltage and polarity.
2) Check fuse or reset circuit breaker.
3) Push any key to turn on the clothes washer.
Push the rotary selector knob to start the washer.
4) Close door and push the rotary selector knob to
start the clothes washer.
5) Check to see if the washer is in a pause or soak
period in the cycle. Wait briefly for machine to start. (If washer is in suds period).
6) Check for restricted drain system. During an electrical drain problem, “nd” error will occur
after 15 minutes.
7) Check water supply is working.
8) Check water valve connections are good.
9) Check the line filter and water valve filter.
10) Check the machine control board terminal
connections CN5, CN6 for good connections.
11) Replace console control board.
