Our Samsung French door fridge has an issue with water flow. Very little if any comes from the water dispenser and the unit has very little to no ice production in both top and bottom units. I have confirmed good water pressure in the supply line to the fridge. This issue seems to have started after a filter change several months ago. After changing filters, I did notice a reduction in water pressure from the door water dispenser. However, I contributed this to the filter. Upon changing the filter the next time, the water would dispense fine for a second or two, then quickly diminish to a very small trickle, or even stop all together. I have tried to run lots of water through it thinking it could have been an air bubble, but it never improved. I also put the old filter back in but had the same results. One time, after changing filters over again, the water pressure was back to normal, but it only lasted a few hours and went back to the trickle. I can hear the water valve activate in the back when depressing the water dispenser. I have raised the temp in the top (refrigerator) section for a couple weeks to see if something was frozen. Although I’m not convinced enough it was a freezing issue (due to the full pressure I had experienced when swapping filters) to pull everything out of the whole unit to let all warm up. I would be grateful for any suggestions anyone might have.
Changed filters. Confirmed good water pressure to the fridge. Raised temp in top (cooler) section.

Hello
We are not a parts distributer. I would call Samsung direct at 800-627-4368( Mon – Fri 9:00 AM ~ 8:30 PM EST ) and ask them to to open the box to verify the DA97-12662A has 3- molex connectors. They should be able to address address your issue. Hope this helps

Hello
See the video links below. If you are sure the water pressure from the water saddle valve through the water inlet is at full capacity . I would look next at the filter head assembly, the filter head can have a defective diaphragm preventing full water pressure from coming throuh it. See the video link below on the filter head assembly to check water pressure up to the filter head and then throgh it. We have had to replace two of these so far. Matt Ace technician

While the video was very helpful. However, I need assistance with locating the correct part (Assy Cse Filter). The link you provided shows Filter Assembly Assembly – DA97-11433A, whish is incorrect. The assy in my fridge shows Model: AW1-12(Twin-Ice) Code: DA97-12662A. I have tried to order a DA97-12662A twice. However, the assys I receive only have 2 molex connectors, while the original has 3. Can you help me with locating the correct assy?
